Habitate Support

Welcome! This is the support hub for the Habitate iOS App. Whether you’ve run into a bug, have an idea to share, or need to get in touch privately, you’re in the right place.

The app’s website is habitate.app.

How to get support

Support is handled through GitHub Issues — a free, public way to report problems and share feedback. Everything is tracked transparently so we can follow up and keep you in the loop.

New to GitHub? No worries — see Getting started with GitHub below. It’s free and takes less than a minute to sign up.

Want to check in with Siri, or automatically after finishing something in another app? See Shortcuts & Automations for ready-made recipes and setup steps.

Enjoying Habitate?

Habitate never interrupts you to ask for a review, so if you like it, a quick rating or review on the App Store really helps other people find it. Thank you!

Getting started with GitHub

GitHub is free to use and you don’t need any technical experience to open a support request. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Create a free account — Visit github.com/signup to register.
    • You can sign up with your email address, or use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple for a faster experience. See GitHub’s guide to signing up for step-by-step instructions.
  2. Click one of the links above — Each link opens a pre-filled form so you know exactly what information to provide.
  3. Fill in the form and click “Submit new issue” — That’s it! You’ll receive email notifications when there are updates.

If you already have a GitHub account, just click any of the links above to get started right away.

Browse existing issues

Before opening a new issue, you might find that someone has already reported the same thing — or that there’s a workaround available.
